It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Carter of Bowdon, Georgia, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Carter and Thomas Webber. He is survived by: his wife Amy Carter; his sons, Tyler Reed Carter and Tanner Alan Carter; and his siblings, Eddie Carter and Melissa Ann Carter.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rainwater Funeral Home (317 N Carroll St, Bowdon, GA 30108). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
