He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Magan Butler; his daughters, Olivia Tafur, Leighann (Aaron Cheatwood) and Lynn Kilgore; his siblings, Vickie Tapley, Bobby Joe Butler and Christopher Butler; and his grandchildren, Madison Butler, Maizie Butler, Azalyn Tafur, Lukas Tafur and Oliver Tafur.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
