He is survived by: his wife Lora Traylor Ayers; his son Dave; his daughter-in-law Kristi Ayers; his daughter LaQuinta; his son-in-law Russell Grizzard; his grandchildren, Hunter Grizzard, Nate Ayers and Kate Ayers; and his brother Ronnie Ayers of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
