She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marshall and Idell Gosdin (Mitchell); her husband Kara Cavender; and her siblings, Aweis Gosdin (Catherine Word), Betty Gosdin Yates (Emmett) of Bowdon, Shirley Gosdin Traylor of Bowdon and Christine Gosdin Caldwell of Douglasville.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Cavender of Bowdon and Patricia Cavender Moore of Rome, GA; and her grandchildren, Chad Moore (Allison) of Rome, Tyler of Rome, Bryce of Rome and Emma Moore of Rome. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She believed in hard work and charity to her community members and family in times of need as well as was a true animal lover who loved working and being outdoors.
