She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth James Phillips; her child Mary Drucilla Phillips; her grandson Kenneth James Phillips III; and her siblings, Girilee Davis Thomason, Jimmie Drucilla Davis McGhee, Harold Jesse Davis and Warren G. Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth James Phillips Jr, Rebecca Lee Oltman of Grayson and Barry Warren Phillips of Bowdon; her children-in-law, Donna and Robert; her siblings-in-law, Betty Phillips of Carrollton, GA. and Billy Phillips; her close friends, Chuck Burlingame and Coleen Burlingame; her siblings, Mildred Adie Davis Copeland of Wilmington, Frances Virginia Davis Crow of Eastaboga Alabama and James Leon Davis of Hayden Alabama; and also, Momawena and Donna Phillips. She is also survived by Four Grandchildren and Six Great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Winnie and her Family have requested donations in Her Memory to go to her "Other Family" — The Methodist Church at 302 Wedowee Street, Bowdon, GA 30108.
