She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Strickland and Odessa Jett Strickland; her husband Harold David Stanford; and her siblings, Agnes Morris (Ed Morris) of Bremen, Archie Strickland (Avalene) of Gettysburg, Maxie Strickland of Bowdon and Tommy Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Lewis (Thompson) of Carrollton and Rodney Stanford (Theda) of Carrollton; her brother Earl Strickland (Shelby) of Carrollton, Georgia.; her grandson Dr. Zachary Lewis (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Taylor and Anna; her granddaughter Lindsay Jennings (Newton) of Carrollton; her great grandchildren, Will and Hutch; her granddaughter Chesley Large (Adam) of Carrollton; and her great grandchild Lydia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Bremen or Traditions Hospice of Carrollton.
