He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen Sicher and Edna Flexer; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Sicher; and his sons, Nicholas Washburn and Anthony Washburn.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Washburn of Douglasville, Dennis (Tina Sicher), Scott Allen (Stephanie Sicher) and Kristen Paige; his children-in-law, Isaac Hohman of Dallas and Tammy Washburn; and his brother Dennis R. Sicher of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
