He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Emmett Swanger and Katie Mae Carr Swanger; and his siblings, Arley Swanger and Margaret Puckett. He is survived by: his siblings, A. "Angel" Swanger and Rickie Alton Swanger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
