It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Turner Whitman of Bowdon, Georgia, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Turner and Mary Francis Britt Turner; her sister Lisa Dodson; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Simpson (Daniel); her grandchildren, Brandon Deese (Lizzy McLean), Lauren Wheeler (Gary Jenkins), Amber Cobb (James), Cheyenne Coe (Austin) and Cameron Simpson (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Blade, Jayden, Alexis, Caden, Camden, Carson, Ryder, Brylee and Maddox; and her sisters, Betty T. Brown and Billie Ann Otwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
