He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Whitehead and Bertie Whitehead; and his sisters, Ernestine and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Charles Whitehead and Lavene Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
