She was predeceased by: her husband Walter E. Wheeler; her parents, John Newton Reichert and Lougenia Ackridge Reichert; and her daughter Frances "Jane" Moore. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph William Moore, Jr. (Misty) of Cottonwood, AL, Cynthia Renee Moore of Thomasville, GA and Bryan Moore (Melissa) of Boston, GA; and her great grandchildren, Zach Moore, Taylor Sizemore, Myles Moore, Lorene LaFont, Brittany Dunn (Eric), Christian Kreakie, Hannah Treece (Cody), Alexis Gibson (Corey), Walter "Walt" Moore, Ivey Moore and Abby Moore. She is also survived by many great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
