He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Shuman and Gladys Hinson Shuman; and his son Christopher Shuman. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kristy Shuman; his grandchildren, Samuel Shuman and Autumn Shuman; his sister Gail Edwards; his nephew Eric Edwards; and his niece Dawn Edwards.
