He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee and Hattie Thompson Lee; and his grandson Andy Magginnis. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Lee of Boston, GA and Bevery Magginnis (Jerry) of Boston, GA; his grandchildren, Cana Best (Dennie) of Boston, GA and David Magginnis (Angela) of Quitman, GA; and his great grandchildren, Spencer, Juliet, Hazel and Louann Best.
