It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoeAnn Stephens of Boneville, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Scarboro and Virginia Scarboro; and her husband Vernon E Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Cindy L Helmick (John), Les Black (Sheri), Charlie Black (Ronda), Keith Lemke (Paula) and Robert Lemke (Andi). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
