He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Caldwell Proctor and Rosa Irene Hadden Proctor; his brother Donnie Proctor; and his grandson Victor Lee Higdon, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Gunn Proctor; his children, Travis Proctor (Caroline) and Tiffani Holley (Steven); his grandchildren, Jason Manning (Emily), Kasey Brooks (Shawn), Trevor Manning, Bethany Proctor, Joanna Proctor, Jacey Proctor, Seth Proctor, Adalyn Dempsey and Becky Proctor; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Hatcher Brooks, Atlee Jo Manning and Aliza Higdon; and also Dr. Ronald Young.
