It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Inell Finger (Bonaire, Georgia), born in Lilly, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Luther F. Finger, Sr.; her son Luther F. Finger, Jr.; her former husband Robert H. Finger, Sr.; and her son Robert H. Finger, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Brooks (Denver) of Bonaire, GA, Catherine Crowley of State College, PA, Barbara O'Meara (Patrick) of Concord, NC and Donna Marie Schott (Jeff) of Dover, PA.
