She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Jay, Evelyn Jay, Marilyn Lauber and Nola Lauber; and her uncle Frank Cusimano.
She is survived by: her parents, Steve Jay and Emily Jay; her sister Whitney; her brother-in-law David Carson; her brother Bryant Jay; her grandfather Emile Lauber; her aunts, Jan Cusimano and Debbie Gray (Ken); and her cousins, Kelly Cusimano, Chase Cusimano (Katie), Caroline Cusimano, Christopher Cusimano, Lauren Gray, Philip Gray (Hannah), Catie Tramell (Matthew), Carrie Beoddy (Micah) and Susanna Gray.
Due to COVID related issues, a service will be held at a later date.
