It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver Jackson Mashburn of Bonaire, Georgia, born in Unadilla, Georgia, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lemuel and Florence Cheatwood Mashburn; his stepmother Mary Platt Mashburn; his brother William Ira Mashburn; and his son J. Bryan Mashburn.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Clements Mashburn; his children, Rebecca and Jonathan; his grandson Dylan; and his pet Abbie.
