She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Reese Hayslip, Sr.; her husband Mitchell Cleo Conn; and her son Michael Conn. She is survived by: her son Scott Conn (Jane) of Bonaire; her siblings, Gary Hayslip (Dianne) of Cordele, Gail Tomberlin of Cordele, Ann Buchanan of Macon and Nellie Williams of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchild Madison Marie Conn of Bonaire.
