He is survived by: his wife Martha Jo Love Hayes; his children, Jonathan Hayes, Brian Hayes (Heather), Shelly Felkey (Jonathan), Steven Henry and Hiedi Henry; his stepdaughter Crystal Henry; and his daughter Tammy Hughes. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 step- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
