Jean H. McDonald Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean H. McDonald in Bonaire, Georgia, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hurst and Martha Bozeman Hurst; her husband Colen R. McDonald; her former husband Ned Davidson; and her siblings, Voncile Walker, Verna Goldsmith and Jimmy Hurst.
She is survived by: her children, Nelda Davidson, Debbie Davidson, Sherry Scott and Chuck Davidson; her grandchildren, Brooke Seymour (Matt), Kenneth M. Beasley, Jr. (Kelsay), Kelci Reed (Bill), Ryan Scott (Meghan) and Jesse Scott (Meghan); her stepchildren, Kim McDonald and Rodney McDonald (Katiana); her stepgrandchildren, Justin McDonald, Xavi McDonald and Gwendolyn McDonald; her sister Myrtle Greene; and her sisters-in-law, Louise Davidson and Faye Hurst.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Jean H McDonald to Bonaire Church at 221 Church Street, Bonaire, GA 31005 or Evening Light Mission Church at 120 Walker Road, Byron, GA 31008.
