He was predeceased by: his son Randy Oliphant. He is survived by: his wife Maria L. Oliphant; his children, Anita Oliphant Arnett (Jim) of Bonaire, Jack Oliphant Jr. (Amy) of Alpharetta and Todd Oliphant; his grandchildren, Nichole, Samuel, Samantha, Lydia, Zoe and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Shandra, Emily, Caitlin and Eli.
