He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Guy, Sr. and Wilma A. Little Parrish; and his siblings, Rev. Guy Parrish and Ann Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bishop Parrish of Bonaire; his children, Keenan Parrish of Warner Robins and Cheryl Parrish Farr (David) of Atlanta; his stepchildren, Jeff Cranford, Debra Yeomans (Bobby) and Lynn Lassiter (Terry) of Cochran; his brother Robert Parrish of Ball Ground; and his grandchildren, Adam Parrish, Robin Williams and Kimberlee Farr Mercer. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19, a public viewing will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021, from 2:00 P. M. until 4:00 P. M. at Southside Baptist Church in Warner Robins.
