He is survived by: his wife Ella Black Cofer; his children, Benita Gabbard (David), Gary Cofer (Liz) and Glenda Becham (Carl); and his brother-in-law Les Brockett. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
