He is survived by: his wife Vallesytine Johnson; his children, Valerie Johnson and Lee Otis Johnson, Jr. (Shirley Ann); his grandchildren, Aireane Nichelli'Montgomery, Jacob Lee Al-Shabazz, Joel Lee Johnson, Emancio Eltoni Montgomery and Justice Liana Johnson; and his siblings, Bennie Johnson (Annie Pearl), Elvin Ray Vaughn, James Lewis Vaughn, Odessa Bailey, Linda Vaughn and Tammy Vaughn. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
