Sams (Anna) of Covington, Ronald Sams, Jr. (Debra) of Dublin, Jennifer Lee Pina (Jon) of Dublin and Steven H. Sams of Bonaire. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
