He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Farmer Collins of Bolingbroke; his daughters, Nicole Statham (Scott) of Macon, Jessica Nesmith (Lamar) of Cochran and Brooke Long (Ashley) of Forsyth; his grandchildren, Taylor Statham, Stephen Statham, Macy Mendoza (Jorge), Gracie Nesmith, Olivia Nesmith, Makayla Ford, Ella Kate Long and Collins Long; his great grandchildren, Leila Mendoza, Clayton McNease and Everett Kane Mendoza; and his sisters, Lillian Collins of Macon and Edith Pruett of Macon.
