It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Oakes of Bolingbroke, Georgia, born in Randolph, New Jersey, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Covert and Margaret Wright Covert; her former husband Kenneth Waring; her son David Allen Waring; her granddaughter Danielle Kaitlin Waring; and her siblings, Ted Covert and Barbara Banks.
She is survived by: her husband John Bowden Oakes of Bolingbroke; her son Kristopher Jayden Oakes of Bolingbroke; her sister Sheri Cox of Easton, PA; her stepchildren, John Oakes, Gene Waring, Tami Waring, Joy May and Elizabeth Oakes; and her grandsons, Levi Waring and David Waring, Jr.. She is also survived by Step-Grandchildren: several, Nieces/Nephews.
