He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Wade Harrison and Marilyn Davis Harrison; and his siblings, Randy Harrison, Josephine Toole and Janice Reynolds.

He is survived by: his wife Angela Novotny Harrison of Athens; his stepson Jason C. Bentley (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Anthony, Bailey and Saylor. He is also survived by three nieces and several other relatives.
