We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 63, Terrie J. Askew of Blythe, Georgia, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Terrie had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Terrie may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Askew; and her parents, Doug Ballard and Betty Jean Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Joshua P. Mutimer (Laurie) of Augusta, Katie E. Askew (Nick) of Blythe and Nicole Prescott (Justin) of Blythe; her grandchildren, Hannah Mutimer, Noah Mutimer, Ryan Blansett and Lilly Blansett; and her sister Sandra L. Hayes (Wayne) of Blythe. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Journey Sherwood Church (3131 Old Louisville Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
