Fowler; his daughters, Stephanie Keyser (Jeremy) of Marietta and Martha Wade (Eddy) of Dubai, UAE; his grandchildren, Josephine Dodds, Polly and Isaac Wade; and his siblings, Charles Fowler (Karen) of Birmingham, Dan Fowler (Cathy) of Blythe and Jane Partridge (Wayne) of Blythe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
