She was predeceased by: her son Jeffery Martin Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Paul "Randy" Johnson; and her daughters, Wendy Hammock of Martinez, GA and Terri Bush of St. Petersburg, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
