She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Paul Wiggins and Verdie Scott Wiggins; her husband Charles Richard Fagan; her sons, Charles Stanley Fagan and Daniel Richard Fagan; and her siblings, Theron Wiggins, Monroe Wiggins, Carl Wiggins, David Wiggins, Billy Wiggins and Pauline Purvis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Marie Fagan Marshall of Blythe Island, Patricia Gale Fagan Walker (Benjamin) of Jasper, GA and Julie Ann Fagan Terrell (Jeffrey) of Reynolds, GA; and her siblings, Rodney Wiggins, Wilbert Wiggins (Sandra), Johnnie Wiggins (Lucy), Darryl (Elaine), Norma Bunkley (Clayton) and Delores English. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
