She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Charles Jacobs and Queen Esther Jacobs; her son Ezekiel Patterson; her grandchild Kaia Reyes; and her siblings, Annie Jacobs, Eugene Jacobs, Joe Nathan Jacobs, Jonathan Jacobs, Johnny Jacobs and Bobby Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Jacobs of Blakely, GA, John Johnson of Powder Springs, GA and Stephina Reyes (Manny) of Yorktown, VA.; her grandchildren, Chance Reyes, Gabriel Reyes, Kira Reyes and Kai Reyes; and her siblings, Charles Jacobs, Melvin Jacobs, Freddie Jacobs (Toni), James Jacobs, Rutha P. Ash and Patricia Horton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Union AME Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
