He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Strickland Bell and Jack Bell. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kay Bell; his children, Lynn B. Perkins (Daren) of Buford and Michael Bell (Michelle) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Tyler Perkins, Dalton Perkins, Abbi Perkins of Buford and Morgan Bell of Blackshear; and his sister Brenda Brown (Joe) of Albany.
