He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Manuel and Tilda Stanley Cochran; his wife Barbara Ann Cochran; and his siblings, Amanda, Bernice, Oleta, Birdie Jane, Aldon, Cletis, Eugene, Everett, Wilford and Orlean.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Cochran (Laura); his siblings, Milford Cochran and Wylene Patterson; and his caregiver Joyce Blackmon.
