He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Campbell; his sons, Jason Campbell (Amanda) and Jeremy Campbell; his granddaughter Whitney Campbell; and his sisters, Nadine Dockery (William), Debbie Becker (Rick) and Tammy Cochran (Tony).
