He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Milton "J. M."; and his brothers, Infant Barry Eaton and Lloyd Eaton. He is survived by: his wife Jan Hemphill Eaton; his sons, Michael Eaton of Blue Ridge, GA, Tate and Casey Eaton of Blue Ridge, GA; his grandchildren, Bryson and Brady Eaton; his mother-in-law Cylma Hemphill of Blue Ridge, GA; his sister Robin; his brother-in-law Wes Harris of Marietta, GA; and his nephews, Ryan Harris and Kyle (Annalaissa Harris).
