He is survived by: his parents, James Mathews (Kathi) and Deborah Hogan (Tom); his wife Beth Mathews; his sons, Tucker Mathews and Parker Mathews; his father-in-law Butch Shook (JoAnn); his brothers, Dylan Hogan (Jennifer), Brandon Hogan (Kelsey) and Mike Todd; and his nephews, Trent Smith, Tyler Hogan and Luke Hogan.
