He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray and India "Pat" Hadaway Turner; and his friend Charles Jiles. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Turner of Blue Ridge; his daughters, Deborah "Debbie" McClure of Smyrna, Kay Tutt (Jay) of Duluth and Silena Donley (Doug Griffith) of Jacksonville, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Wesley McClure, Dee Clause, Sharon Tutt, Freda Giancola, Mary Tutt and April Fowler. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
