It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Ledford (Blue Ridge, Georgia), who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Kimsey; her husband Bobby Miles Ledford; her brother Norman (Madeline Duvall); her brother-in-law Larry Woodring; and her nephew Scott Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Steve Whitener), Linda (Don Padgett) and Lester Paul Ledford (Timothy Miles Ledford) of Granite Falls, MN; her sister Mary Sue Woodring of Sylva, NC; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Casey Jennings), Rachel Whitener, Andy (Mary Padgett), Amanda (Travis Sinard), Andrea (Robert Woody), Anna (Dylan Raper) and Kayla (Hunter Robinson); her great grandchildren, Ethan McLean, Lilly Padgett, Nathaniel Padgett, Abbie Sinard, Sammie Sinard and Cassie Sinard; her nieces, Janie, Becky, Marina and Pam; her great grandchild Men; and also, Lauren Ledford, Gracie Ledford, Sarah Ledford, Anna Kate Ledford and Jacob Ensley.
