He is survived by: his wife Helen Panter; his children, Angela Spiva (Eugene) and Roy Winston Panter, Jr.; his grandchildren, Christopher (Ragen), Jonathan Spiva (Jill), Lona Panter, Kristin Morris (Cody) and Megan Panter; his great grandchildren, Noah Scheuer, Hudson, Grant, Harper Spiva and Braxton Russell; and his siblings, Robbie Luedke and Donald Panter.
