He is survived by: his wife Marline Dills Lewis; his children, Nathaniel Lewis of Blue Ridge and Nichole Lewis Wilson of Blue Ridge; his grandchildren, Amberlee Dawn Lewis of Dalton, Anneliese Saleen Watts of Blue Ridge and Hunter "Roush" Watts of Blue Ridge; and his siblings, Alvin Lewis (Debi) of Wichita, KS, Don Lewis (Margaret) of Isabella, TN and Amy Lewis-Geren of Ducktown, TN. He is also survived by nephews, friends, and other family members.
