It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen McNelley of Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne McNelley; his brother Stewart McNelley (Tuey); and his parents, John Wesley and Mildred McNelley. He is survived by: his sister Jackie Watkins; his children, Vanessa McNelley and Wesley McNelley; his daughter-in-law Amanda McNelley; his grandchildren, Rylie Springer, Eva McNelley, Madison Moore and Nathan Moore; and his pets, Julia Child McNelley and Hank McNelley.
