He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Collett and Era Hudson Collett; his son Gregory Collett; and his siblings, Rolf Collett, Rex Collett, Audrey Logston, Randall Collett and Lucile Cloud.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Collett; his son Kenny Collett (Ginny); his grandchildren, Jeremy Collett (Audrey), Lydia Burnett (Wesley) and Lauren Fleming (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Levi, Lane, Emma, Moya, Noah, Chatham and Piper; and his siblings, Pam Cloud (Bill), Marlene White, Revonda Evans (Jim), Ray Collett (Annette) and Clarice Stewart. He is also survived by other loving friends and relatives.
Due to Covid 19, the family requests that all guests please wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines during visitation and the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hopewell Baptist Church in Milton, GA.
