He is survived by: his mother Shirley Louise Fortenberry Howell; his wife Beverly Dunn Howell; his children, Michael Lee Howell (Alice) and Melissa Jane Anderson (T. J.); his siblings, Ricky Howell, David Howell (Sharon) and Tammy Howell; his grandchildren, Trilan Howell (Montana), Brittany Howell, Nathan Anderson, Jasmine Anderson, Trenton Anderson and Kinslee Anderson; and his great grandchild Delta Howell.
