She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Marshelle Cooper; and her parents, Walter Mortensen and Christina Mortensen. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Williams (David Williams) of Hayesville, NC and Frederick Marshelle Cooper II of Seminole, FL; her grandchildren, Scot Williams, Kara Brown (Joshua Brown), Jacob and Kirsten Cooper; and her siblings, Elaine Mortensen McConkey and Walter Mortensen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
