He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Stamey and Josie Ellis Stamey; his wife Glenda Querry Stamey; and his brother Ronald Stamey. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Mauldin (Ron); his grandchildren, Kelsey Appleby (Tre), Kayla Mauldin, Zachary Mauldin (Kirsten) and Rachael Bonner (Brian); and his sister Shirley Stamey Patterson (Jim).
