He is survived by: his son Dwight Otwell (Susan LaCharite-Otwell); his grandchildren, Jeff (Marie Otwell), Vince Otwell and Vana (Mike Crayton); his stepgrandchild DeEtte LaCharite; his great grandchildren, Nicole Shepherd (Jonathan), Leah Crayton and Hattie Otwell; and his great great grandchildren, Connor Shepherd and Brody Shepherd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
