He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Ruth Beno (Withrow). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katy" Beno; and his sons, Matthew Beno (Kristine), Mark Beno (Sarah), Lucas Beno (David) and Jon Beno. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Friends of Education c/o Hope Lutheran Church at 3295 Old Highway 5 South Ellijay, GA 30540.
